We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Because our products are designed for sensitive skin, we can only accept returns that meet these conditions.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the issue.
We’ll make it right.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
